Orders are usually shipped within 3-4 days after they are placed. Shipping time varies on average from 3-5 days. As a result, you can expect to receive your order typically within 6-10 days.

Shipping to the US and Canada is $3.95 for the 1st
item and 1.95 per additional item. Currently,
we only ship to the US and Canada. Insurance is offered at your own expense.

Items may be returned within 7 calendar days of DELIVERY
date as long as they are in NEW, ORIGINAL condition. No exceptions.
We will offer you a full refund, minus shipping fees.
Return shipping is
at your own expense. Items
must be
returned in a BOX, not an envelope, otherwise they will be sent
back. After 7 days, all sales are final.
Please call us or email us for an RMA
# before returning. Refunds will not be
issued without an RMA #. Please include a copy of the invoice
with your return. Refund will be issued within 3
business days
after we receive the returned merchandise.
For finished items such as necklaces and bracelets, we will
deduct an $8
labor fee.

Yes and no. We try to take detailed pictures of our products so that they are accurately portrayed on our site. However, unfortunately, due to the two-dimensional nature of a digital picture, lighting discrepancies, and each individual's monitor settings, they can not and do not 100% accurately reflect nor can they substitute for holding, seeing, and touching the actual product. Please use product pictures as a reference only.
